Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ArkDevLabs ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Tools Hub website located at tools.arkdevlabs.com and all tools, features, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Use of Service
Tools Hub provides free, browser-based utilities designed to assist developers, creators, and everyday users with common tasks. No account registration is required to use the Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:
- Does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of ArkDevLabs or any third party.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Service:
Abuse & attacks
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems. Conducting denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or any form of network exploitation.
Automated scraping
Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated scripts to access, index, or extract content from the Service without prior written permission from ArkDevLabs.
Spam & abuse
Submitting excessive or repetitive requests that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or using the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.
Illegal activity
Using the Service to process, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that facilitates any criminal activity under applicable law.
Reverse engineering
Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or algorithms.
Misrepresentation
Impersonating ArkDevLabs, a Tools Hub employee, or any other person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ArkDevLabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantee that the output of any tool is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for verifying the results produced by our tools before relying on them for any professional, commercial, or legal purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArkDevLabs and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any content submitted to or processed by the Service.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in tool outputs.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, tool logic, and all content created by ArkDevLabs, is owned by ArkDevLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit to a tool. By submitting content, you grant ArkDevLabs a temporary, limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested tool output. This licence expires immediately when processing is complete.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by ArkDevLabs without obligation or compensation to you.
Service Availability & Modifications
ArkDevLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove tools, change functionality, or update the user interface as we continue to develop the platform.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access to the Service. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Termination of Access
ArkDevLabs reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or ArkDevLabs.
Because Tools Hub does not require account registration, termination may take the form of IP-level or network-level restrictions. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including limitation of liability, intellectual property provisions, and governing law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArkDevLabs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
