Privacy Policy
We believe privacy is a right, not a feature. This policy explains what data Tools Hub collects, why, and how it's handled — in plain language.
Overview
Tools Hub is a free online tools platform operated by ArkDevLabs. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use our tools. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the limited data that may be collected during your visit, and your rights under applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using Tools Hub, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the website.
Data We Collect
Because Tools Hub does not require accounts, we collect very little personal data. The information that may be collected falls into two categories:
Automatically collected
Standard web server logs and analytics tools may capture your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the website is used.
Voluntarily provided
If you contact us directly (e.g., via email), we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your name and email address. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal identifiers through the tools themselves.
Tool Inputs & Uploads
Your content is processed in memory only. Any text, files, or data you submit to a tool are used solely to perform the requested operation and are not written to permanent storage, logged, shared with third parties, or used to train any model.
Tool inputs exist only for the duration of the processing request and are discarded immediately after the result is returned to you. We strongly advise against submitting sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or protected health information through any online tool.
Analytics
Tools Hub may use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors interact with the website. This helps us understand which tools are most useful, identify technical issues, and improve the overall experience.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data. The data collected is anonymised before it reaches us and is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual users.
You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .
Advertising
Tools Hub does not currently display paid advertisements. We may integrate Google AdSense in the future to support free access to our tools. If and when advertising is enabled, we will update this policy accordingly.
Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other websites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings .
Third-Party Services
Tools Hub uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics. Privacy Policy →
- Google AdSense (future) — advertising network. Privacy Policy →
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session insights. Privacy Policy →
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Third-party services receive only the data necessary to perform their function, as described in their respective policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR or other applicable privacy laws, including:
- Right to access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — request we limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.
Because we collect minimal personal data, most of these rights will have limited practical application. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure server infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to avoid submitting sensitive data through any online tool.
Children
Tools Hub is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Tools Hub after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
